Return & Refund Policy

At Shri Kishanlal Poshak & Shringar Private Limited,  all our Laddu Gopal poshaks and shringar products undergo strict quality checks prior to dispatch. Due to the wholesale nature of our manufacturing operations, we follow a limited replacement policy:

​1. Damage & Defect Claims

​Unboxing Video Mandatory: To claim a replacement or credit note for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, an unedited parcel unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.  

​Manufacturing Defects: If an item has a genuine stitching or size error from our end, we will replace the item or issue a credit note for your next order.

​2. Non-Returnable Scenarios

​Goods ordered in bulk cannot be returned due to change of mind, slow retail sales, or minor color/shade variations inevitable in fabric production.

​Customized poshaks, custom size orders, or clearance/discounted stock are non-returnable and non-refundable.  

​3. Order Cancellation

​Orders can only be canceled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, shipment freight and handling fees apply.
