1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all business interactions, orders, supply agreements, and purchases made with Shri Kishanlal Poshak And Shringar Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, requesting a catalog, or engaging in transactions with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Product Specifications & Customization
Handcrafted Nature: Our products—including Laddu Gopal poshaks, pagris, mukuts, and shringar accessories—are handcrafted. Minor variations in shade, lace pattern, or embroidery are inherent to traditional textile manufacturing and do not constitute defects.
Sizing & Fitting: Sizing numbers (e.g., Size 0 to 6+) follow standard idol dimensions. Customers are responsible for verifying correct deity measurements before confirming orders.
3. Order Placement & Wholesale Pricing
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Wholesale orders are subject to MOQ requirements per size, design, or catalog lot as specified in our current price list.
Price Validity: Prices quoted in catalogs or formal quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to adjustment based on raw material fluctuations prior to order deposit.
Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the designated deposit or advance payment.
4. Payments & Taxes
Payment Terms: Orders are processed under prepaid terms (50% advance upon booking, 50% balance before dispatch) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GST & Invoicing: All applicable statutory taxes, including GST, are charged extra over product prices and will be detailed on the tax invoice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Logistics: Goods are dispatched via recognized freight forwarders or courier partners. Freight charges are borne by the buyer unless explicitly agreed as a prepaid shipment.
Transit Risk: Risk of loss or damage during transit passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier, though we assist in facilitating carrier insurance claims when applicable.
Delivery Timelines: Dispatched dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics interruptions, weather, or natural disasters.
6. Inspection, Returns, and Liability
Inspection Window: Buyers must inspect deliveries immediately upon arrival. Claims for transit damage or incorrect counts must be filed within 48 hours of delivery alongside an unedited parcel opening video.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any defective goods is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or issuance of a credit note for the defective item value.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or in connection with business conducted with the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
